These terms apply when you use bell-bro.com or buy from Bell Bro Technologies (“Bellbro”, “we” or “us”), SSM registration no. 202203047354 (KT0516740-P), Lot L1-40, The Link 2 (Jalil Link), 5 Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
- All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Installation is charged separately unless stated otherwise. See Installation for charges.
- Prices, promotions and stock availability may change without notice. The price on your order confirmation or invoice is the price you pay.
- Product photos are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
- If a price or product detail is shown in error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid.
2. Orders and payment
- You can order through this website, on WhatsApp or at our showroom.
- Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- Your order is confirmed once we receive full payment or the agreed deposit. Deposits are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or your address is outside our service area. Anything you have paid will then be refunded in full.
3. Delivery and installation
- We usually deliver and install within 3 to 10 working days of confirming your order, subject to stock and location. See our Delivery Policy.
- Installation is carried out by our appointed installation team, who are third-party technicians, and is subject to our installation disclaimer. Please check for hidden pipes or wiring before installation.
- You are responsible for giving our team safe access to the installation area and for getting any approval your building management or MCST requires.
4. Warranty
Every Endura II rack comes with a 1-year standard warranty plus a 1-year free extended warranty (2 years in total), starting from the date installation is completed. What is covered, what is not, and how to claim are set out in our Product Warranty.
5. Refunds and returns
Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
6. Using this website
- The content on this website, including text, photos, videos and logos, belongs to Bellbro and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or submit false information.
- Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, or hidden pipes or wiring at the installation point. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Personal data
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
