Can a smart laundry rack be installed in a condo?
Yes. The Endura II mounts on the ceiling of a balcony, yard or laundry area, so it suits condos and apartments, including units without a balcony.
How much does installation cost?
Professional installation is RM250 for a concrete ceiling and RM350 for a false ceiling. We install in the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru. Outside these areas? WhatsApp us to check coverage.
What's the difference between Lite, Pro and Max?
Lite has the motorised lift and LED light. Pro adds UV sterilisation and hot and cold air drying. Max adds a more powerful blower and an LCD display.
How long is the warranty?
Two years. After that, we keep spare parts in stock so the rack can be repaired instead of replaced.
Does it use a lot of electricity?
No. It uses far less power than a tumble dryer, and the heater only runs when you switch drying on.
Can I see it before buying?
Yes. Book an appointment at our showroom at The Link 2, Bukit Jalil, and try all three models.
