Smart laundry rack FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most about the Bellbro Endura II smart laundry rack, from warranty and installation to power use and choosing a model. Still unsure? WhatsApp us a photo of your laundry area and we will recommend the right model.
1. How long is the warranty?
Every Endura II rack comes with a 1-year standard warranty plus a 1-year free extended warranty (2 years in total). The warranty starts on the day installation is completed, and the date is shown on your invoice. See our Product Warranty for what is covered and how to claim.
2. How soon can you install?
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange the earliest convenient date and time, usually within 3 to 10 working days. We install in the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
3. How much does installation cost?
Installation is RM250 for concrete ceilings, RM350 for false ceilings and RM350 for installation with a bracket (mounted on a hard wall, for false or high ceilings). It usually takes 1 to 2 hours. See Installation for details and how to book.
4. Are there any extra installation charges?
Only if you need them:
- Electrical routing with 3-pin plug and wire casing: +RM50
- Removal and disposal of your old laundry rack: +RM50

5. How is the rack connected to power?
Our standard installation connects the rack to the lighting point in the same area. If you prefer a 3-pin plug, we can route the wiring with a plug and wire casing for an extra RM50.
6. Will the heater damage my clothes?
No. The heater runs at about 40°C, which dries clothes without damaging fine fabrics, and switches off automatically after 90 minutes.
7. Is the UV light harmful to skin?
The UV light is there to help kill bacteria on your clothes. As a precaution, avoid staying directly under it for long periods. It switches off automatically after 30 minutes.
8. Can a smart laundry rack be installed in a condo?
Yes. The Endura II mounts on the ceiling of a balcony, yard or laundry area, so it suits condos and apartments, including units without a balcony.
9. What is the difference between Lite, Pro and Max?
The Lite has the motorised lift, remote control and LED light. The Pro adds UV sterilisation and hot and cold air drying. The Max adds a more powerful blower, an LCD display and dual LED downlights. Compare all three models.
10. How much weight can it hold?
Every Endura II model holds up to 35 kg of laundry, enough for a full family load.
11. Does a smart laundry rack use a lot of electricity?
No. It uses far less power than a tumble dryer, and the heater only runs when you switch drying on.
12. Can I see the Endura II before buying?

13. How long does smart laundry rack installation take?
Installation usually takes 1 to 2 hours. It can take longer if our technicians find complications, such as an unusual ceiling. See installation details.
14. Where do you deliver and install?
We deliver and install every smart laundry rack in the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru, usually within 3 to 10 working days of your order. If you are outside these areas, WhatsApp us before ordering.
