1. Warranty Period
- All warranty period commences on the day installation is completed.
- Reel motor*: 5 years
- All other parts: 2 Years
- *Reel Motor is defined as the component which perform the elevation work of the system.
- Your warranty date will be stated in your invoice copy.
2. Lead time for installation
- Upon receiving your order, BELL BRO TECHNOLOGIES will contact you to arrange for the earliest convenient date and time for installation, usually within 3 to 10 working days.
3. Removal of old laundry system
- We include FREE removal & disposal of old laundry rack with any purchase of BELL-BRO laundry systems.
4. Electrical Connection
- The standard installation procedure in BELL -BRO is to connect to the lighting electrical point within the same location.
5. Special Installation Requirement
- Installation with Stainless Steel Bracket on hard wall ( For Installation on False Ceiling or High Ceiling only):
Additional RM100 - Special Routing for electrical tapping with 3 pin plug and wire casing:
Additional RM50.

6. Will the heater damage the clothing?
- Our heaters are designed to operate at 40 °C and has an auto cut-off after 90 minutes.
- It is the optimal temperature for cloth drying without damaging any fine fabric.
7. Is there UV light harmful for skin?
- Our UV light is less harmful to human and the purpose of it is to kill all the bacterias in the clothing. However, it is not recommended to stay underneath the UV light for prolonged hours. It also has an auto cut-off after 30 mins.
