Which installation type do I need?
The right smart laundry rack installation depends on your ceiling. Our team will confirm the type with you before the installation date.
- Concrete ceiling (RM250): the most common option in condos, apartments and landed homes. The rack is anchored directly into the concrete slab.
- False ceiling (RM350): for plaster or gypsum ceilings. Our technicians anchor through the false ceiling into the structure above, which takes more work.
- Installation with bracket (RM350): when the ceiling cannot hold the rack directly, or it is very high, we mount a stainless steel bracket on a hard wall and fix the rack to it.

What happens on installation day
- We confirm the date and time with you on WhatsApp, usually within 3 to 10 working days of your order.
- Our technicians arrive, check the ceiling and agree the exact position of the rack with you.
- They drill, mount the rack and connect it to the lighting point, or to a 3-pin plug if you chose that add-on.
- We test every function, from the motorised lift to the light, and show you how to use the remote control.
Your 2-year warranty (1 year standard plus 1 year free extended) starts on the day your smart laundry rack installation is completed. Keep your invoice, as it shows your warranty date.

Do I need to be home during installation?
Yes. Someone needs to be home to let our technicians in and confirm where the rack should go.
Can you remove my old laundry rack?
Yes. Choose the old rack removal add-on (+RM50) and we will remove and dispose of it during the same visit.
Do you install outside the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru?
Please WhatsApp us before ordering, and we will check whether we can install in your area.
Installation disclaimer
- Please check with your contractor or building management whether there are pipes or wiring where you plan to mount the rack. We are not responsible for damage to hidden pipes or wiring during installation.
- Installation usually takes about 1 to 2 hours. It may take longer if our technicians face complications. Please note that our technicians are third-party vendors appointed by Bellbro.
- More holes may need to be drilled if there are complications during installation.
For condos and apartments, please get any approval your building management or MCST requires. Installation is usually allowed between 9am and 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays. See our Delivery Policy and Product Warranty for more details.
