How is site assessment done?
- We are strongly encouraging you to do a site assessment before placing the order. We will do a VIRTUAL Site Assessment through video call or photos to find the best way to install your rack at FREE of Charge!
- Identification of suitable/preferred location to install the device: Smart Laundry Rack / Towel Dryer (i.e. laundry yard, service area, etc)
- Installation and Mounting condition (i.e. concrete wall, false-ceiling, etc)
- Height of the site to install, access and distance to electrical powerpoint, visible obstruction in the surrounding, if any.
- Clearance width and height assessment for maximal usage of the laundry system.
