- Order details, such as the model, colour and installation type you choose. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Photos or videos of your laundry area or ceiling that you send us so we can recommend a model or handle a warranty claim.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Website usage data, such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use your data
- To process your order, arrange delivery and installation, and issue invoices.
- To answer your questions and recommend a suitable model.
- To provide warranty service and after-sales support.
- To improve our website and measure how our advertising performs.
- To send you news and offers, but only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to serve you:
- Our installation technicians and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver and install your rack.
- Our payment provider, to process online payments.
- Analytics and advertising services such as Google, Meta and TikTok, which receive website usage data through cookies.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, where the law requires it.
4. How we protect and keep your data
Our website uses SSL encryption, and only authorised staff can access customer records. We keep your data for as long as we need it for your order, your warranty and our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.
