1. Delivery and installation time
We aim to deliver and install your rack within 3 to 10 working days of confirming your order, subject to stock and your location. We will contact you to arrange the earliest convenient date and time.
2. Service area
We deliver and install in the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru. If you are outside these areas, please WhatsApp us before ordering.
3. Condos and apartments
Installation involves drilling, so we follow your building management or MCST rules on working hours, which are usually 9am to 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays. Please get any approval your building requires before the installation date.
4. Installation charges
Installation is charged separately: RM250 for concrete ceilings, RM350 for false ceilings and RM350 for installation with a bracket, plus any add-ons you need. See Installation for full details and how to book.
5. Delays
If your order is delayed, for example because an item is out of stock, we will let you know and agree a new date with you.
