Product Warranty

You’re Covered!

All products carried by us are designed, fabricated and installed in accordance to the highest industry standards to ensure that they are durable and safe for your usage.

Warranty will commence once installation is completed. The warranty covers the machine and its assembly parts EXCEPT for aesthetic damages, damages caused by misusing, wrong installation, operating the machine beyond the specified limit. The warranty period will be 1 Year + 1 Year Free Extended warranty. We have 3 options on how we can do the warranty claim.

What is covered?

The warranty applies to all products marketed and sold by Bell Bro Technologies and covers defect(s) in material and/or workmanship under normal installation and use. At the company’s discretion, We shall provide free-of-charge repair or replacement of the defect within warranty period. It also covers labour and logistic costs for the servicing.

The average workaround period is estimated to be 1 to 4 weeks, subjected to technicians’ availability.

The warranty in respect of a repaired product/part will continue to be warranted for the remaining of its warranty period.


What is not covered?

You may not make a claim under this warranty unless the defect claimed is due to faulty, defective parts or workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

  • Batteries for the remote controller;
  • Misuse or abuse, including failure to properly maintain or service;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply;
  • Malfunction caused by improper disassembling, modification or repairing by 3rd party;
  • Incorrect, improper or inappropriate operation;
  • Insect or vermin infestation;
  • Accidental damage due to own negligence;
  • Exterior damages caused by chemical fumes or sharp objects.

How to make a warranty claim(3 Options)

1) Send the unit to our shop for servicing and repairing. The transportation/shipping fee will be beared by the customer.
2) Send us the video or photo of the issue. Based on that, we will ship the replacement parts to you. You may watch our online tutorial videos and replace it yourself. We can assist you via video call if there’s any difficulties.
3) We will send our technician to do on-site repairing / servicing. Transportation charges of RM100 will be charged. The faulty spare parts will be replaced at NO cost.
